Kidtee Hello

Kidtee Hello is a Dayton-based photographer who embraced the challenge of highlighting the beauty of Dayton by featuring images that “show the true beauty of Dayton.” A testament to the adage “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder” – Kidtee has found beauty in some unconventional settings.

Daytonian’s sometimes take our beautiful city for granted; looking at Kidtee’s images, we are reminded to look at familiar places with a creative and unique perspective.

With each of her photographs, Kidtee includes a quote from a local Daytonian as to why they believe  Dayton is beautiful and a wonderful place to live. Kidtee shows how beauty can be found throughout the city and her many photographs include models in beautiful locations, slow shutter speed images of downtown, local music being made, and rail cars through town.

About Kitdee Hello 

From the Artist: Kidtee Hello, is a Dayton photographer who took her first Picture of the home that she grew up in at five. She has since been interested in the medium for its instant gratification. A very impatient child, who rarely stayed interested in any one thing for too long, has kept an extended love affair for the single image. Kidtee bounced from one school to the next absorbing what her teachers taught but winded up continuing her studies on her own. In the continuous process of growing, living, falling, hurting, being human, becoming animalistic, and loving she found a way to express herself.
